Cooking the perfect turkey. Third time’s a charm!

This is the third year I try cooking the perfect turkey.  I finally found a recipe that does the trick. Today's bird came out juicy and flavorful! I was a proud host. I used vinegar instead of lemon juice and oregano instead of rosemary and still came out great. I also used whole garlic cloves in the stuffing and seasoned the turkey the night before. I found this really useful: How to Clean a Microwave - wikiHow Fill a microwave safe glass or bowl half way with water with a tablespoon of white vinegar and place inside the microwave. Turn on for 5 minutes. The idea here is to steam up the walls of the microwave and loosen the dried-on gunk.
