Combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl, using chopsticks or mixing spatula until the mixture becomes lumpy.

Add additional water if needed by the tea-spoon.

Knead with clean, bare hands on a lightly floured board until dough no longer sticks to hands.

Make a "snake" shape with the dough of about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.

Using a knife, cut the dough into one-inch pieces and gently flatten them to make a small circle.

Using a roller, roll the dough circles to make them thin and pliable.

If you are stacking the wrappers for later filling, add flour between each wrapper to keep them from sticking. Otherwise, fill immediately and fold - make it fun by having someone help you with the filling while you make the wrappers.
